Yes I do believe in good fortune - blessings from heaven. There are many here in Cebu who I would say have talent but just don't become as big as Charisse Pempengco or Madonna Decena. If you want to see Madonna Decena wowing Simon Cowell of American Idol - watch it right here.
She has 2 children here in the Philippines (image care of Inquirer) and apparently from the long and flower-filled article about her in the Inquirer she was a pretty good daughter, hard worker and all that.
