If you haven't seen the internationally acclaimed detainees of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC), watch their first world hit - their rendition of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" (all 1,500 of them) or better yet live on Saturday at the Capitol Site right here in Cebu City.
When you think about it it's sort of scary if they escape, but apparently everyone thinks they're so talented and so much fun that they're staging this performance on April 26 by invitation only here in Cebu City
