Jan-jan, the gay florist turned patient in the really controversial and famous Youtube video where a spray canister was surgically removed from his butt is asking for 6 million pesos in damages -- P1 million in moral damages and P5 million in exemplary damages. He filed yesterday a supplemental affidavit to his complaint with the Office of the Ombudsman-Visayas.I think he's making a big deal out of it when nobody saw his face anyway and nobody would have known it was him I think but what the heck, he's about to make a lot of money because people poked fun at him so well... "you go girl!"
Jan-Jan said in his affidavit that the medical team “violated (his) rights to privacy, confidentiality and dignity as a human being.” This is true too. Those medical practitioners have no business being called what they are.
Aside from this there are also numerous administrative cases filed which will make the rest of these doctors' and nurses' lives miserable
